Cauterizing the two halves of the brain together, leaving only a small gap between them. This gap opened and closed by a being so expert in the followings of spikes. To the left side only faster-than-average nerve impulses enter, and to the right only slower-than-average spikes. Left brain will have a higher temperature relative to right brain, and entropy decreases without work.
